EU AI Act Alignment & Evidence Layer
HHIE supports evidence-based alignment and assessment readiness. It does not provide automated legal advice or claim conformity certification.
This layer connects HHIE's existing verification, governance, human oversight, audit, assessment and monitoring capabilities to a structured EU AI Act readiness workflow. The goal is defensible evidence and accountable operation — not a cosmetic compliance badge.
The layer reuses HHIE's canonical entities and workflows. It must not create parallel registers or duplicate assessment systems.
Register AI systems and use cases, intended purpose, providers, deployers, integrators, models, connectors and data sources.
Record a verified screening against prohibited AI practices before an AI use case proceeds into assessment or execution.
Classify risk indicators, transparency duties, high-risk relevance, affected persons and applicable organizational controls.
Assign accountable humans and permit autonomous execution only for reversible, bounded, auditable and internally scoped low-risk actions.
Maintain source declarations, evidence chains, verification records, limitations, decisions, approvals and versioned assessment outputs.
Track executions, model routing, access, incidents, remediation, retesting, material changes and recurring reviews.
